Abstract:
THE PROGRAM BUDGET PLAN PROVIDES THE BASIS FOR AN APPLICATION FOR FUND FOR STATE UNEMPLOYMENT INSURANCE OPERATIONS FOR THE COMING YEAR. IN T PBP, STATES CERTIFY CONTENT TO COMPLY WITH ASSURANCES. THE AFFECTED PUBLIC ARE THE 53 STATE EMPLOYMENT SECURITY AGENCIES.
