EACH ELECTRIC UTILITY (SOURCE) SHALL RECORD CONTINUOUS MONITORING OUTPUT FOR OPACITY, SO2, NOX, AND ELECTRIC OXYGEN OR CARBON DIOXIDE FOR EACH AFFECTED BOILER UNIT. SOURCE SHALL RECORD DAILY EMISSIONS AND PERCENT REDUCTION FOR SO2 AND NOX AND AVERAGE THESE OVER THE PRECEDING 30-DAY PERIOD. THESE RESULTS MUST BE REPORTED
