Abstract:
REGULATIONS PROVIDE FOR NON-FEDER USE OF BLM ADMINISTERED LAND VIA LEASE, PERMIT OR EASEMENT. USES INCLUDE AGRICULTURE, TRADE OR MANUFACTURING CONCERNS AND BUSINESS USES SUCH AS OUTDOOR RECREATION CONCESSION. BLM WILL DETERMINE THE VALIDIT OF USES PROPOSED BY PRIVATE INDIVIDUALS AND OTHER QUALIFIED PROPONENTS FROM INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE PROPONENT.
