Abstract:
EACH ELECTRIC UTILITY (SOUCE) SHALL RECORD CONTINUOUS MONITORING OUTPUT FOR CAPACITY, SO2, NOX, AND OXYGEN OR CARBON DIOXIDE FOR EACH AFFECTED BOILER UNIT. SOURCES SHALL RECORD DAILY EMISSIONS AND PERCENT REDUCTION FOR SO2 AND NOX AND AVERAGE THESE OVER 30 DAYS. THE RESULTS ARE REPORTED QUARTERLY, IN ORDER TO ENSURE THE UNIT IS OPERATED IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE STANDARD.
