Abstract:
EPA IS REQUESTING A ONE-TIME INFORMATION COLLECTION ON THE ACTIVITIES OF COMPANIES WHO PRODUCED, TRANSFORMED, IMPORTED OR EXPORTED CERTAIN OZONE-DEPLETING CHEMICALS. THE SPECIFIED CHEMICALS INCLUDE METHYL CHLOROFORM, CARBON TETRACHLORIDE AND FULLY-HALOGENATED CHLOROFLUOROCARBONS (CFC'S). THIS INFORMATION IS NEEDED TO SET THE BASELINE FOR RESTRICTIONS UNDER THE LONDON AMENDMENTS TO THE MONTREAL
