If the BuREC resubmits this information collection to OMB for review, BuREC must include in the justification how it has satisfied i commitment in the President's 1990 Information Collection Budget. Thi commitment entails: reviewing the efficacy of the 40-acre reporting threshold, assessing the feasibility of increasing the threshold, and initiating a rulemaking implementing a threshold change.
