Abstract:
THE PROPOSED AMENDMENT REQUIRES THAT AN APPLICATION FOR A URANIUM ENRICHMENT FACILITY CONTAIN AN ENVIRONMENTAL REPORT, PROVISIONS FOR PUBLIC LIABILITY, A FUNDING PLAN FOR DECOMMISSIONING, AND THAT 25 COPI OF THE APPLICATION BE SUBMITTED. LICENSEES WOULD ALSO BE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT SEMIANNUAL EFFLUENT MONITORING REPORTS.
