Abstract:
THE AMENDMENT TO 10 CFR 2, APPENDIX C, ADDS AN ADDITIONAL ENFORCEMENT DISCRECTION PROVISION TO NRC'S ENFORCEMENT POLICY RELATING TO TECHNICA SPECIFICATIONS AND LICENSE CONDITIONS. A LICENSEE MUST SUBMIT A WRITT APPLICATION FOR ENFORCEMENT DISCRETION AND DOCUMENT THE SAFETY BASIS FOR THE REQUEST.
