Abstract:
THIS RULE REQUIRES TECHNICIANS AND RECYCLING EQUIPMENT TO BE CERTIFIED (TESTED) TO ENSURE THAT THEY MEET EPA'S REQUIREMENTS. EQUIPMENT AND TECHNICIAN CERTIFICATION ORGANIZATIONS MUST APPLY TO EPA TO BE APPROVE REFRIGERANT RECLAIMERS AND PERSONS SERVICING OR DISPOSING OF APPLIANCE MUST CERTIFY TO EPA THAT THEY ARE COMPLYING WITH THE RULE'S REQUIREMENTS.
