Abstract:
THE FINAL RULE WILL PERMIT NUCLEAR POWER PLANT LICENSEES AND LICENSEES WHO ARE AUTHORIZED TO POSSESS, USE, OR TRANSPORT FORMULA QUANTITIES OF STRATEGIS SPECIAL NUCLEAR MATERIAL (SSNM) TO REDUCE THE RANDOM DRUG TESTING RATE FROM 100% TO 50% FOR LICENSEE EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTOR EMPLOYEES, AND VENDOR EMPLOYEES.
