THESE INFORMATON COLLECTIONS ARE NECESSARY SO THAT FSIS CAN CERTIFY TO FOREIGN COUNTRIES THAT PRODUCTS INTENDED FOR EXPORT HAVE BEEN INSPECTE ENSURE THAT UNMARKED MEAT AND POULTRY TRANSPORTED FOR FURTHER PROCESSI DOES NOT ENTER INTO COMMERCE, AND ENSURE THAT IMPORTED MEAT AND POULTR PRODUCTS ARE WHOLESOME, UNADULTERATED, AND PROPERLY LABELED AND PACKAGED.
