THIS INFORMATION COLLECTION REQUEST PERTAINS TO THE EXTENSION OF THE TSCA INVENTORY REPORTING FORM C, USED BY THE CHEMICAL INDUSTRY IN SUBMITTING REQUESTS TO OPPT TO CORRECT MISREPORTED CHEMICAL IDENTITIES OF SUBSTANCES LISTED ON THE TSCA INVENTORY.
