Abstract:
TSCA section 12(b) requires that any person who intends to export a chemical substance that is regulated under TSCA section 4, 5, 6, and/or 7 to submit notification of such a proposed export to EPA. Upon receipt of notification, EPA will advise the Government of the importing country about the U.S. regulatory action.
