Abstract:
In 1995, EPA amended the accelerated phaseout regulations under sections 604 and 606 of title IV of the Clean Air Act Amendments of 1990 to ensure the orderly phaseout and account for exempted production and consumption. The information required to be collected under the section 604/606 regulations is described in the supporting statement.
