This regulation promulgates the policies, methods, and responsibilities in the planning and performing of contruction and other development work for insured rural housing (RH), insured farm ownership (FO), soil and water (SW), softwood timber (ST), single unit labor housing (LH), and emergency (EM) loans for individuals.
