Abstract:
Respondents are owners and operators and operators of waste management facilities that receive wastes containing HAP from other facilities. Respondents must submit one-time notifications and performance test reports, semiannual reports, occasional notifications, and maintain records. The EPA will use this in- formation to ensure compliance with the standards.
