Abstract:
These forms will serve as the means of collecting the information necessary to determine whether a FFEL or Direct Loan borrower qualifies for a loan discharge based on school closure, false certification of student eligibility, or unauthorized signature. The school closure discharge application may also be used by Perkins Loan borrowers applying for a closed school discharge.
