Abstract:
This information will provide the Committee with data on pistachios received for processing to provide an accurate basis for handler assessment to ensure minimum pistachio requirements and to nominate committee members. The Committee also needs specific information to amend the marketing order and to conduct referenda.

Short Statement:
There is an overall increase of 29 hours. The final rule covers a revision of currently approved form ACP-7 for 24 hours, and a new form ACP-8 for 3 hours for a total of 27 hours. This submission also corrects the inadvertantly per response time between forms FV-241 and FV-241A that was in the proposed submission package. This correction amounts to an increase of two hours.
