Short Statement: Four grant programs are being added to the UPD (Uniform Project Description). Three of the program are authorized by ARRA. They have the following CFDA numbers: 93.708, 93.709 and 93.711. In addition, one non-ARRA program is being added and that CFDA number is 93.590. The net effect is an increase of 2,355 responses and 94,200 hours.
