Title: ●Agricultural Disaster Assistance Indemnity Programs 
Abstract:

The final rule will implement disaster assistance as authorized by the Additional Supplemental Appropriations for Disaster Relief Act, 2019 (Disaster Relief Act) (Pub. L. 116-20).  The implementation will include the Wildfires and Hurricanes Indemnity Program Plus (WHIP+), revisions to existing disaster assistance programs, and additional payments for crop insurance customers for prevented planting and harvest price option.
