Title: ●2019-2021 Blueline Tilefish Specifications 
Abstract: This action set specifications for the 2019-2021 blueline tilefish fishery north of the North Carolina/Virginia border, including harvest quotas for the commercial and recreational sectors of the fishery. This action would also temporarily increase the commercial possession limit from 300 lb to 500 lb. However, when 70 percent of the commercial quota has been landed the limit will revert to 300 lb.
