Abstract:

The Department of the Army proposes to add 48 CFR part 5117 and amend 48 CFR Part 5152 to clarify the use of the Option to Extend Services and to provide an Army-specific clause to be used in lieu of the clause at FAR 52.217-8.  No action will be taken on this rule in the near future. The RIN is withdrawn.
