Abstract:
FIFRA REQUIRES ALL PESTICIDE PESTICIDE PRODUCTS TO BE REGISTERED WITH EPA PRIOR TO MARKETING. THE COMPANY MUST PROVE THE EFFICACY AND SAFETY FO THE PRODUCT RESEARCH PRIOR TO REGISTRATION.THE FIFRA PERMIT EPA TO AUTHORIZE THE COMPANIES TEMPORARY PERMISSION TO SHIP UNREGISTERED PRODUCTS FOR EXPERIMENTAL USE GATHERING DATA TO SUPPORT REGISTRATION APPLICATIONS.
