Abstract:
SECTIONS 1301.74(C) AND 1301.76(F), CFR 21, REQUIRE THAT A REGISTRANT UPON DISCOVERY OF A THEFT OR LOSS OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES, SUBMIT DEA FORM 106 REGARDING SUCH THEFT OR LOSS TO THE DRUG ENFORCEMENT ADMINISTRATION.
