Abstract:
OSHA AUTHORIZES THE PROMULGATION OF SUCH HEALTH STANDARDS AS WILL BE NECESSARY TO ENSURE THAT EMPLOYEES WILL BE LOCATED IN A SAFE & HEALTHFUL WORKING ENVIRONMENT. THE STATUTE SPECIFICALLY AUTHORIZER SEEN KEEPING BY EMPLOYEERS AS "NECESSARY OR APPROPRIATE FOR THE ENFORCEMENT OF THE ACT OR FOR THE DEVELOPING OF INFORMATION REGULATING THE COVERS & PREPARATION OF OCCUPATIONAL ACCOUNTS & ILLINESS."
