Abstract:
THE U.S. IMMIGRATION AND NATIONALITY ACT, AS AMENDED, PROVIDES THE CONSULAR OFFICERS SERVING IN MISSIONS ABROAD SHALL ISSUE IMMIGRANT VISAS TO THOSE ALIENS THEY FIND QUALIFIED UNDER THE LAW. FORM OF- 230 IS USED TO APPLY FOR AN IMMIGRANT VISA.
