FORM SERVES AS OFFER TO PURCHASE, CREDIT STATEMENT AND CONTRACT OF SALE, FOR OFFERORS SUBMITTING PURCHASE OFFERS TO VA ON PROPERTIES ACQUIRED THROUGH OPERATION OF THE GUARANTEED AND DIRECT LOAN PROGRAMS AS AUTHORIZED BY 38 U.S.C. 1802(A)(5) AND (6). INFORMATION COLLECTED IS USED TO SELECT MOST ADVANTAGEOUS OFFER AND TO PERFORM CREDIT UNDERWRITING FOR VA FINANCING.
