Abstract:
THE FOREST SERVICE CONTRACTS EACH YEAR FOR AVIATION SERVICES FROM COMMERCIAL SOURCES TO SUPPORT A VARIETY OF LAND PROTECTION AND MANAGEMENT ACTIVITIES. FORM IS USED TO COLLECT INFORMATION TO ENSURE THAT PILOTS AND AIRCRAFT OFFERED FOR CONTRACT TO THE FOREST SERVICE MEET QUALIFICATIONS AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS.
