Abstract:
THE PURPOSE OF THIS PROGRAM IS TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO PROGRAMS DESIGNED TO IDENTIFY QUALIFIED STUDENTS FROM LOW-INCOME FAMILIES, PREPARE THEM FOR A PROGRAM OF POSTSECONDARY EDUCATION, AND PROVIDE SERVICES FOR SUCH STUDENTS WHO ARE PURSUING STUDIES OF POSTSECONDARY EDUCATION.
