Abstract:
THIS REPORT IS USED AS A MANIFEST AND A WORK PAPER TO FACILITATE PREPARATION OF A USDA BUTTER GRADING CERTIFICATE (DA-125). BY INSERTING CHURN NUMBERS DIRECTLY ON THE APLICATION FORM, THE APPLICANT FORM, THE APPLICANT IS RELIEVED OF PREPARING A MANIFEST OF HIS OWN AND ELIMINATES THE NEED TO TRANSFER THE INFORMATION TO THE GRADERS MEMORANDUM. MANIFEST INFORMATION INCLUDES NAME OF APPLICANT, SHIPPER OR SELLER, RECEIVER OR BUYER, MANUFACTURING DATE
