Abstract:
FEDERAL AVIATION ACT OF 1958, SECTION 603 (49 USC 1423), DIRECTS THE ISSUANCE OF AN AIRWORTHINESS CERTIFICATE FOR EACH AIRCRAFT THAT CONFORMS TO ITS TYPE CERTIFICATE. 14 CFR 21 PRESCRIBES REQUIREMENTS FOR AIRWORTHINESS CERTIFICATES. INFORMATION COLLECTED SHOWS COMPLIANC AND APPLICANT ELIGIBILITY.
