UNDER THE CIVIL SERVICE RETIREMENT LAW, SURVIVOR BENIFITS TO CHILDREN, OF DECEASED FEDERAL EMPLOYEES, WHO HAVE REACHED AGE 18 MAY CONTINUE UNTIL THEY REACH AGE 22 PROVIDED THEY FULL-TIME STUDENTS. THIS FORM IS SENT TO CHILDREN WHO DO NOT PLAN TO CONTINUE HIS OR HER EDUCATION.
