AUTHORITY FOR THIS REPORT IS SECTION (203A) NATIONAL HOUSING ACT P.L. 479, 48 STAT 1246, 12 U.S.C. 1701 ET SEQ. SUBMITTED BY MORTGAGEES SEEKING TO PARTICIPATE AS HUD-APPROVED MORTGAGE LENDER. NEEDED BY HUD TO APPROVE MORTGAGEES TO SUBMIT APPLICATIONS FOR MORTGAGES UNDER ALL TITLE II SECTIONS OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
