Abstract:
SECTION 202(D) OF THE SOCIAL SECURITY ACT PROVIDE FOR INFORMATION REGARDING SCHOOL ATTENDANCE TO DETERMINE IF A CHILD OF AN ENTITLED WAGE EARNER IS ELIGIBLE AS A STUDENT FOR MONTHLY BENEFITS. THE INFORMATION ON THIS FORM IS USED ACCURATELY ADJUDICATE CLAIMS FROM APPLICANTS WHOSE ENTITLEMENT IS CONTINGENT UPON SCHOOL ATTENDANCE OUTSIDE THE U.S.
