THE PROGRAM MONITORING REPORT TRACKS SPECIAL OUTREACH EFFORTS TO ASSIST MSFW'S; MONITORS SIGNIFICANT LOCAL OFFICES; TRACKS VIOLATIONS REFERRED TO ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES AND TRACKS NUMBER OF FIELD CHECKS CONDUCTED. IT PROVIDES INFORMATION ON VIOLATIONS UNCOVERED IN FIELD CHECK VISITS AND REVIEWING AGRICULTURAL CLEARANCE ORDERS.
