THE VIRUSES- SERUMS-TOXINS ACT (21 USC 151-158) AUTHORIZES USDA TO MAKE AND PROMULGATE SUCH RULES AND REGULATIONS RELATIVE TO THE PREPARATION OF VIRUSES, SERUMS, TOXINS, AND ANOLOGOUS PRODUCTS FOR USE IN THE TREATMENT OF DOMESTIC ANIMALS.
