FEDERAL AVIATION ACT F 1958, SECTION 602 (49 USC 1422) AUTHORIZES ISSUANCE OF AIRMAN CERTIFICATES. 14 CFR 63 PRESCRIBES REQUIREMENTS FOR FLIGHT ENGINEER AND FLIGHT NAVIGATOR CERTIFICATES. INFORMATION COLLECTED IS USED TO DETERMINE COMPLIANCE AND APPLICANTS ELIGIBILITY.
