ABSTRACT; TITLE 38 UNITED STATES CODE, CHAPTER 31 PROVIDES VOCATIONAL REHABILITATION FOR SERVICE-DISABLED VETERANS. THE APPLICATION OBTAINS IMFORMATION USED TO DETERMINE ELIGIBILITY AND ENTITLEMENT TO VOCATIONAL REHABILITATION.
