TO ADMINISTER THE RAILROAD RETIREMENT ACT, THE BOARD MAINTAINS RECORDS OF SERVICE AND COMPENSATION OF EMPLOYEE REPRESENTATIVES WHO HAVE WORKED IN THE INDUSTRY SINCE 1936.
