DATA REPORTED WILL BE USED TO SET REHABITATION GOALS FOR STATES, TO DETERMINE THE AVERAGE COST OF A LARGE NUMBER OF SERVICES, TO DETERMINE BUDGET NEEDS, TO PROVIDE BASE TO ANALYZE AND RESPOND TO HEW AND GAO AUDITS, AND TO PROVIDE BASE FOR PLANNING THE DISTRIBUTION OF FEDERAL FUNDS FOR TRAINING AND MANPOWER DEVELOPMENT.
