SECURES DATA ON CURRENT AND CAPITAL ACCOUNT TRANSACTIONS BETWEEN FOREIGN PERSONS AND INCORPORATED U.S. BUINESS ENTERPISES IN WHICH THEY HAVE AN EQUITY INTEREST OF 10 PERCENT OR MORE.
