Abstract:
THIS REGULATION IS NEEDED TO RELIEVE SPONSORS OF "NON-MODEL" SIMPLIFIE EMPLOYEE PENSIONS (SEPS) FROM THE REPORTING AND DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENT OF PART 1 OF TITLE I OF THE EMPLOYEE RETIREMENT INCOME SECURITY ACT OF 1974 (ERISA) THAT WOULD OTHERWISE BE APPLICABLE TO SUCH PLANS.
