THE APPLICATION FOR TEMPORARY HOUSING ASSISTANCE IS THE BASIC DOCUMENT WHICH INITIATES THE TEMPORARY HOUSING PROGRAM FOR DISASTER VICTIMS REQUIRING TEMPORARY ASSISTANCE.
