Abstract:
IN ACCORDANCE WITH 509(A) OF P.L. 95-87, THIS INFORMATION IS NEEDED TO ASSURE THAT SURFACE COAL MINING AND RECLAMATION OPERATIONS ARE CONDUCTED WITHIN THE LIMITS OF THE PERMIT AREA AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH PROVISIONS OF THE ACT. THE INFORMATION SUBMITTED WILL BE USED BY THE AUTHORIZED OFFICE, IN DETERMINING THE APPROVAL OR DISAPPROVAL OF THE RELEASE OF THE BOND.
