Abstract:
THIS INFORMATION COLLECTION REQUIREMENT IMPLEMENTS THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 408(A) OF P.L. 95-87. IT IOS NEEDED TO ASSURE THAT NO WINDFALL PROFITS INSURE TO THE BENEFIT OF PRIVATE LANDOWNERS AS A RESULT OF RECLAMATION WORK ON THEIR LAND.
