Abstract:
PUBLIC LAW 93-288 (SEC. 407) PROVIDES FOR BENEFIT ASSISTANCCE TO "ANY INDIVIDUAL UNEMPLOYED AS A RESULT OF A MAJOR DISASTER". THE FORMS IN CHAPTER III THROUGH VII OF THE DISASTER UNEMPLOYMENT ASSISTANCE HANDBOOK ARE USED IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THIS BENEFIT ASSISTANCE.
