Abstract:
IRC SECTION 6012 REQUIRES THE FIDUCIARY FOR AN ESTATE OR TRUST TO FILE AN ANNUAL INCOME TAX RETURN. THIS FORM IS USED BY THE FIDUCIARY TO REPORT THE INCOME SUBJECT TO TAX AND COMPUTE THE CORRECT TAX LIABILITY. THIS SCHEDULE IS USED BY THE FIDUCIRY TO REPORT THE CAPITAL GAIN SUBJECT TO TAX AND COMPUTE THE CORRECT TAX LIABILITY. IRC SECTIONS 6012, AND 6041 REQUIRE THE FIDUCIARY FOR A TRUST TO FILE AN ANNUAL INCOME TAX RETURN AND A RETURN FOR
