THIS INFORMATION ON SOURCE COMPLIANCE AND ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS TAKEN BY THE STATES IS NEEDED TO KEEP TRACK OF THE COMPLIANCE STATUS OF ALL MAJ SOURCES AND MAJOR STATE ENFORCEMENT ACTIVITIES. IT IS USED TO ASSESS PROGRESS IN MEETING AIR QUALITY STANDARDS AND TO ASSURE CONTINUED ATTAINMENT OF THE STANDARDS.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
