Abstract:
SECTION 5 OF THE RAILROAD UNEMPLOYMENT INSURANCE ACT PROVIDES FOR PAYMENT OF UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFITS TO QUALIFIED RAILROAD EMPLOYEES AND F PLACEMENT OF THE EMPLOYEES IN SUITABLE JOBS. THE APPLICATION OBTAINS INFORMATION NEEDED FOR PAYMENT AND PLACEMENT PURPOSES.
