Abstract:
THE BENCHMARK SURVEY IS MANDATORY UNDER THE INTERNATIONAL INVESTMENT SURVEY ACT OF 1976. THE DATA COLLECTED WILL BE USED IN THE FORMULATIO OF GOVERNMENT POLICY AND WILL SERVE AS BASE FROM WHICH BALANCE OF PAYMENTS AND OTHER DATA COLLECTED IN SAMPLE SURVEYS CAN BE EXPANDED TO UNIVERSE ESTIMATES.
